These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of services offered through the VisitPantheon.it website.
Use of the website and purchase of services imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Seller Information
VisitPantheon.it is a platform dedicated to booking cultural experiences, tourist services, and digital tools for visiting the Pantheon in Rome.

- Definitions
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Customer: any natural or legal person purchasing a service.
- Pantheon: Basilica of Santa Maria ad Martyres.
- Web App: digital application accessible via smartphone.
- Ticket: admission to the Pantheon or other events.
- Experience: any service purchased on the website.
- Scope of Service
VisitPantheon.it allows the purchase of:
- entrance tickets;
- multilingual web application;
- guided tours;
- concerts;
- cultural experiences;
- additional services published on the website.
Availability of services may change without notice.
- Reservation
The reservation is considered complete only after:
- receipt of payment;
- order confirmation by email.
The order is subject to availability.
VisitPantheon reserves the right to refuse orders that are manifestly incorrect, fraudulent, or impossible to fulfill.
- Prices
All prices are in euros.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
VisitPantheon reserves the right to change prices at any time without affecting confirmed orders.
- Payments
The payment methods indicated during checkout are accepted.
Payment is immediate.
If the transaction is not authorized, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Ticket Shipping
When the purchased product includes an admission ticket:
- the ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer within 24 hours before the visit.
- Unless otherwise indicated, shipping will generally occur within 24 hours before the visit.
The Customer is also responsible for checking their Spam or Junk Mail folders.
VisitPantheon is not responsible for errors due to incorrect email addresses provided by the Customer.
- Use of the Web App
The Web App is digital content reserved for the Customer.
The accessory is personal.
The following are prohibited:
- copying;
- distribution;
- reproduction;
- sharing with third parties;
- any commercial use.
VisitPantheon may suspend access in the event of improper use.
- Access to the Pantheon
The Customer is required to arrive well in advance of the reservation time.
Access is subject to the provisions of the Basilica and the competent authorities.
VisitPantheon does not directly control access or security procedures.
- First Sunday of the Month
On days when admission to the Pantheon is free by order of the competent authority, VisitPantheon may only offer additional services, such as the Web App or other digital services.
The entrance ticket may therefore not be included.
- Changes and Cancellations
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page:
- Reservations cannot be changed;
- are non-refundable once confirmed.
Any exceptions will be indicated on the page for the purchased service.
- No-Shows
Failure to use the service, delays, or failure to show up at the scheduled time do not entitle you to a refund.
- Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal may be excluded for services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
Therefore, where applicable, the purchase of tickets or experiences with a fixed date does not allow the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
For any digital services provided immediately after purchase, the Customer expressly accepts the start of the service, resulting in the loss of the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by current legislation.
- Extraordinary Closures
VisitPantheon is not responsible for:
- extraordinary closures;
- religious celebrations;
- maintenance work;
- institutional events;
- restrictions imposed by authorities;
- force majeure.
Where possible, an alternative solution will be proposed or the terms and conditions set by the service provider will apply.
- Visitor Obligations
The Customer undertakes to:
- respect the Pantheon regulations;
- maintain proper behavior;
- follow the instructions of the staff;
- respect any photography restrictions;
- wear appropriate attire, as it is a place of worship.
VisitPantheon is not responsible for any denied access due to failure to comply with the Basilica’s rules.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, including:
- text;
- photographs;
- logos;
- trademarks;
- web apps;
- graphics;
- software;
- videos;
- digital guides;
are protected by Italian and European copyright laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
VisitPantheon acts as an intermediary or organizer of the services described on the website.
To the extent permitted by law, VisitPantheon is not liable for:
- temporary site interruptions;
- Internet network problems;
- malfunctions of the Customer’s devices;
- delays attributable to suppliers;
- unforeseeable events or force majeure.
- Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

- Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction established by applicable law.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer, the competent court established by the Consumer Code remains in place.
- Changes to the Terms and Conditions
VisitPantheon reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
